I'm the sole owner and administrator of my organisation's on-premises Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 — from initial setup and upgrades to capacity planning and day-to-day platform health.

On top of that platform I've standardised how teams build and ship: organisation-wide YAML pipeline templates, SonarQube quality gates, branch policies and multi-stage environment promotion.
